Once submitted, our team will carefully review your request. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or tampering will not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds are not granted for buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
