We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Late submissions beyond the 14-day window

  • Unauthorized or return-to-sender packages

How to Request a Refund

To begin your refund request, email ask@stravx.com with the subject line:
Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

In the email, include:

  1. Full Name & Email used at purchase

  2. Order Number

  3. Description of the issue (brief, but clear)

  4. Required proof:

    • At least 3 high-quality photos of the item and packaging

    • A short unboxing video showing the issue or mismatch

What Happens Next

  • Your request will be reviewed within 2–3 business days

  • If approved, we will confirm and process your refund to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Additional Information

  • Any return shipping (if needed) is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated

  • Claims without proper evidence will be rejected

  • Repeated abuse of our policy may result in order bans or account restrictions

  • Fraudulent or exaggerated claims will be denied and flagged

Important Notes

  • Refund requests submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or tampering will not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds are not granted for buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
  • Unauthorized returns or return-to-sender shipments will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a claim is found to be fraudulent or misleading, we reserve the right to deny the request and restrict future purchases.

To maintain fairness and prevent fraudulent claims:

  • All refund requests are manually reviewed.
  • Claims without proper supporting evidence (photos and unboxing video) will not be considered.
