1. Your Order Number: Must match the name and email used for the purchase.
2. Reason for Return: A clear explanation of why you are requesting a return.
3. Supporting Evidence: High-quality photos and a video of the unboxing to verify any claims of damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Once your request is submitted, our team will carefully review it. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Policy

• Customers must use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed defective upon arrival.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we do not accept returns for:

• Items that show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
• Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
